$848K in Best Buy Ads spend returned $14.1M+ at 16.63x

I built and run 6ave's Best Buy Ads (MyAds) campaigns and own the budget end to end. Since November 2025 they have brought in $14.1M+ in attributed revenue on $848K of spend, a 16.63x return across 247M+ impressions.

The problems

  1. A new ad channelThe catalog was new to Best Buy, so the Best Buy Ads campaigns had to be built from nothing alongside it.
  2. One owner for the whole budgetStrategy, bidding, budget and reporting all sit with one person.
  3. Reporting that can't break anythingThe numbers live in MyAds. Reading them must never risk changing a live campaign.

What I did

P1Built and scaled the campaigns

I built 6ave's Best Buy Ads (MyAds) campaigns and scaled them with the catalog.

P2Own the budget end to end

Strategy, bidding and reporting stay with me; a 2-person team covers ads and listing content.

P3Made reporting read-only and automatic

A reporting integration pulls each completed day, paced and capped, through an allowlist of approved reporting calls, with every request logged for audit. It can read campaigns but never change them. It feeds PublishOS, the internal ads and listings dashboard (how it works).

Results

Both bars use one scale. The spend bar is 6% the length of the revenue bar, which is what a 16.63x return looks like.
